Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
63 php1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
63 php1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before taking effect. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 63 php1's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
